As Co-Founder and CEO of NovusWise, he leads the company's vision to transform the way businesses operate, through digital tools that combine rigorous regulatory compliance, intelligent process automation, and a user experience designed to scale without friction. His track record includes key collaborations with globally recognized organizations such as Verizon, Wirecard, Indra/Tecnocom, Mimacom Flowable Group, Claro, Bosch, Check24, and Stash, as well as strategic consulting for a federal bank in Atlanta, USA — a history forged in highly regulated, complex environments where precision and regulatory compliance are non-negotiable.
Ariel Morel

Ariel Morel is a software architect and engineering leader with a proven track record of designing and delivering robust, scalable systems for demanding, high-stakes environments. His career began as a hands-on software developer with over 9 years of experience — including his time as a Java Developer at S4N, an EPAM company — before stepping into the role of Co-Founder and CTO of NovusWise, where he now leads the technical strategy and architecture across the company's entire product suite, from cloud infrastructure to distributed systems. Security and regulatory compliance are not an afterthought in his approach, but a core design principle: his work includes ISO 27001-aligned architecture and integrating systems with complex national tax and regulatory frameworks, demonstrating his ability to adapt technology to the regulatory requirements of any market a client operates in. This combination of deep technical expertise and compliance-first thinking allows him to bridge the gap between ambitious product vision and dependable, production-grade execution.
